How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Lockedproblem Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Lockedproblem Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or incorrect
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Lockedproblem Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@lockedproblem.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
